From your question I assume that you imagine a pre-prepared set of documents ready to just put your logo on and away you go.Sorry to disillusion you but modern management system aren't like that any more - they never should have been either. As has been already been stated, fars0x0, an Environmental Management System is unique to each organization. While many companies share common processes (e.g., Human Resources, Procurement, etc.), the interactions, inputs to, and outputs from these processes will vary between each organization. There is also the field/industry of your organization to consider - the detailed components of a steel producer's EMS are distinctly different from those of a software developer.It would do your organization very little good to take a pre-existing package of documents and use them within your organization. It won't detail your processes and you'll end up doing more work to change what your organization already has is place.What I would suggest is that you and your organization's senior leadership learn about ISO 14001 and consider how your organization already meets the requirements.
